Outstanding in-house opportunity in Oakland County for an attorney with approximately 6+ years of experience in insurance law, product compliance or regulatory filings. Deep knowledge of NAIC models, ISO forms, and state-level insurance regulations. Experience with rate/form filings, SERFF, ACORD standards and/or insurtech platforms is a strong plus. This position is remote or hybrid with a flexible engagement structure.
